84,091 sets of Fastening Systems for Tianshui Tram Demonstration Line

Tianshui City Tram Demonstration Line (Phase II) PPP West Extension Project, the line starts from Tianshui No. 3 Middle School in the west and ends at Shaw Middle School Station. It mainly includes roadbed and ancillary works, bridge works, track works, parking complex station buildings, station works, etc., as well as corresponding water supply and drainage, fire protection, greening and other supporting projects, with a construction period of about 2 years.
In 2023-2024, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide 54178 sets of WY-3 type fastening system, 26360 sets of WY-4 type fastening system, 1668 sets of WYZ-1 type fastening system and 1885 sets of Typ I Fastening System to Tianshui Tram Demonstration Line (Phase II).

Description: 1. WYZ-1 type fastening system, suitable for 50kg/m rail integral ballast track.
2. The main performance and technical parameters of fastening systems:
(1) Rail bottom slope: 1:40 rail bottom slope is set on the iron tie plate;
(2) Rail longitudinal resistance: greater than 9kN;
(3) Assembly fastening force: the fastening force of the fastener assembly should not be less than 18kN;
(4) Insulation resistance>10³0;
(5) The left and right position adjustment of the steel rail: the left and right position adjustment of the single copper rail: -8~+6mm; the gauge adjustment: -16~+12mm, and the adjustment step is 2m.
(6) Rail height adjustment amount: 40mm, the adjustment level is 1mm;
(7) Pullout resistance of embedded casing: not less than 60kN.
   3. The fastener manufacturing acceptance meets the requirements of the technical specification.
