T-beam Auxiliary Steel Components Manufacturer for Dafeng Port Railway

The Dafeng Port Railway branch line leads from the southern end of Dafeng West Station of Xinchang Railway, crosses the Xintuan River, National Highway G343, and Tongyu River to the south, turns east and crosses the Yantong High-speed Railway under construction, and crosses the Shenhai Expressway G15 to the Lao Dafeng South Station is reserved on the east side of Doulong Port and the west side of Renmin South Road. After exiting the station, turn northeast and cross the South Central River, Provincial Highway S226, Ermaoyou River, and Shugang Channel, passing through the south side of the Shanghai-Suzhou Industrial Park. After crossing the Linhai High-grade Road (G228) and entering the Dafeng Port Economic Development Zone, Dafeng Port Station is located along the south side of the Beiguan River eastward to the end of the line. The total length of the main line is 50.690km. There are 4 bridges/42.85km on the main line of this bidding section. The prefabricated T-beam has 1228 holes, including 103 holes for the 24m single line and 1125 holes for the 32m single line.
In 2024, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT). provided 1,156.62 tons of T-beam auxiliary steel components (including 782.03 tons of sidewalk steel beams and 374.59 tons of sidewalk railings) to the Dafeng Port Railway Branch Project. The quality must comply with the "Protective Coating of Railway Bridge Steel Structures and Components" Main technical requirements for the first set of coating system composite anti-corrosion layer of "Decoration and Coating Part 3: Ancillary Steel Structure" (Q/CR749.3-2020).
