The EPC project of the fourth section of the Xiongan New Area to Beijing Daxing International Airport Express Line of China Railway 12th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., the tenderer is the fourth bid of the Xiongan New Area to Beijing Daxing International Airport Express Line of China Railway 12th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. The third section of the project was constructed by the China Railway 12th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and the construction unit is: Hebei Xiongan Rail Express Co., Ltd.
The construction task of the third section of the fourth section of the Xiongan New Area to Beijing Daxing International Airport Express Line includes 1 section. The length of the shield section is 3,452m (double linear meters); the roof of the section is buried 11 to 30 meters deep, the maximum slope is 25‰, the minimum turning radius is about 1,600m, the outer diameter of the segment is 8.8m, the inner diameter is 7.9m, and the ring width is 1.6m.
In 2023, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided 162,000 sets of M30*590 straight tunnel segment bolts to the fourth bid section of the Xiong'an New Area to Beijing Daxing International Airport Express Line. Each set of segment bolts includes 1 connecting bolt, 2 nuts and 2 washers.
1. Bolt specifications and requirements comply with the (GB T5782-2016) national standard, with a mechanical performance level of 8.8;
2. The nut complies with the national standard "Type I Hexagonal Nut" (GB/T 6170-2015), with product grade B and mechanical performance grade 8;
3. The mechanical performance grade of the gasket is Hv=200.
4. Bolts, nuts and washers are all made of zinc-based chromate anti-corrosion coating with a thickness greater than 5μm.
