In 2023, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided a number of rail fastening accessories to the Inner Mongolia Linha Railway Capacity Expansion and Reconstruction Project, including:
There are 1304 sets of P50/P60 ordinary fishplates, P60 glued insulating joints, and P60 ordinary insulating joints. The fishplates, fishbolts and nuts comply with the TB/T2345-2008 standard;
TB/T 2975-2010 standards shall be carried out for insulating dowels, adhesive materials, and rail end insulating plates;
83634 sets of M24*195 screw spikes, the screw spikes, nuts and flat washers comply with TB/T 1495-2020 standard;
79,408 pcs of Type I rail clips (type A, type B and insulating joint clips) , type I clips are carried out the TB/T 1495-2020 standard;
1,903 pcs of Type I rail clips (intermediate clips and insulating joint clips), Type II rail clips are carried out TB/T 3065-2020 standard;
79408 pcs of P50 guide plates (14#, 20#) , P50 guide plates are carried out TB/T 1495-2020 standard;
1903 pcs of P60 gauge seat (6#, 10#) , P60 gauge seats are carried out TB/T 3065-2020 standard;
79406 pcs of P50 nylon gauge seat (2#, 4#) , P50 nylon gauge seats are carried out TB/T 1495-2020 standard;
1905 pcs of P60 nylon gauge seat (2#, 4#), P60 nylon baffle seats are carried out TB/T 3065-2020 standard;
There are 39,703 rubber pads for I-type elastic fastener systems, and the rubber pads for I-type elastic fastener systems are carried out TB/T 1495-2020 standard;
There are 954 rubber pads for type II elastic fastener systems, and the rubber pads for type II elastic fastener systems are carried out TB/T 3065-2020 standard.
