In 2018, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd(AT) provided 674548 sets Type I rail fastening system for New Karamay-Tacheng Railway Project, the goods included , Type I rail fastening system include Type I elastic rail clips, flat washers, gauge baffle plates, gauge baffle seats, screw spikes, used for fixing 50kg steel rails, Standard as per TB/T1495.
The Keta Railway (Karamay-Tacheng Railway) is a branch railway of the Kuibei Railway of the Xinjiang Railway Network of the national railway network, with a total length of 308 km. The estimated total investment of this railway is 5.2 billion Yuan. The main project was completed at the end of 2016. The first phase of the project was completed in June 2017. The second phase of the project started in December 2016 and opened to traffic in May 2019. After opening to traffic, the annual transportation volume will reach 10.42 million tons in the near future and 15 million tons in the long-term.

On May 30, 2019, the Keta Railway was officially opened for operation, ending the history of the last prefecture capital of Xinjiang, Tacheng City, which had no train access.
