The specific technical requirements are as follows
1. The longitudinal and circumferential bolts are all made of M30 tunnel segment bolts, the product grade is C grade, the mechanical performance grade is not lower than 8.8 grade, and the processing quantity is: 33 pcs/ring;
2. The bolt sleeve is made of polyamide material, and the pull-out force is not less than 470 KN;
3. The bolt ring adopts steel washer, the processing quantity is 33 pcs/ring, and the hardness level is Hv=200;
4. The durability of bolts, nuts and washers is 100 years, and can meet the environmental requirements under various working conditions;
5. When bolts are processed into threads, attention must be paid to the proper looseness of the bolt sleeves;
6. The bolts and washers are all made of zinc complex anti-corrosion coating, and the coating thickness is not less than 8.6μm
7. The bolt pre-tightening force should comply with the relevant regulations of "Metric Bolt Tightening Torque" Q/STB 12.521.5-2000. For grade 8.8, the pre-tightening force should be 952~1269N*m, and for grade 10.9, the pre-tightening force should be 400~650N*m.
