1,580 Pcs of Evacuation Platform to the Shanghai Rail Transit Municipal Line Airport Link

Shanghai Airport Connection Line No. 11 Water Pipe Gallery and Road Upgrading Project (Zhipu Road ~ Fuxing Road) starts from the west of Zipu Road in the west and ends at Fuxing Road in the east. The total length of the line is about 6.3km, with a total of 2 pairs of ramps. The total length of the main line tunnel is about 5.6km, including 2 sections of cut-and-cover tunnels and 1 section of shield tunnels. The shield tunnel has an outer diameter of 14.5m and an inner diameter of 13.3m. It is jointly constructed with DN2200 raw water pipes and DN2000 clean water pipes. The construction scope of our company is the section east of the No. 3 working shaft, starting and ending at NK2+805.381 ~ the length of the main line shield tunnel is 2207.6m and the length of the cut-and-cover section is 1038.1m; the length of the north and south side ramps are 877.6m and 696.4m respectively, and the outer diameter of the ramp section shield tunnel is 11.3m, the inner diameter is 10.3m, the length of the south shield section is 592m, the length of the north shield section is 430m; the length of the sunken road is 600m. The geographical location of the east end project is shown in Figure 1 1. Project scale: The length of the main line shield tunnel is 2710.6m and the length of the cut-and-cover section is 527.08m; the north and south ramps are 917.5m and 907.4m long respectively. The ramp section shield tunnel has an outer diameter of 11.3m and an inner diameter of 10.3m, and the south shield section is 248.1 meters long. m, the length of the shield section on the north side is 212.3m; the length of the sunken road is 600m.
In 2023, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd.(AT) provided 1,580 Pcs of 6.06m*1.05m evacuation platform to the Shanghai Rail Transit Municipal Line Airport Link Project, which is made of polymer composite materials.
