The D.011.X-TA02 bid for the first phase project of Nanjing Metro Line 11 starts from Xingzhi Road Station (not included) and ends at the Central Business District Station (excluding civil works, including secondary structures, installation and decoration, etc.). The total length of this tender section is 9.372km, all of which are underground lines. There are 7 underground stations and 7 sections. The project content includes civil engineering and installation and decoration engineering. The construction period is from November 2021 to November 2026 (including installation and decoration)
In 2023, Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. provided 118,214 sets of M30*623mm tunnel segment bolts (grade 8.8) to Nanjing Metro Line 11, where each set of tunnel segment bolts contains 1 connecting bolt, 2 nuts, and 2 washers.
1. Tunnel Segment Bolt specifications and requirements are in accordance with the national standard (GB T5782-2016), and the mechanical performance level is 8.8;
2. The nuts were carried out the national standard "Type I Hexagonal Nut" (GB/T 6170-2015), grade B, mechanical performance grade 8;
3. The mechanical performance level of the washer is Hv=200.
4. Bolts, nuts and washers are all made of zinc-based chromate anti-corrosion coating with a thickness greater than 8μm.
